Wow, nice pose. I might draw this, it'd be excellent practice to help break me out of my habit of "stiff" poses.

hi, i came across one of your stock images used by @Chixor, i browsed through your gallery, and you have some amazing images.
I am kickin myself for not having internet access on my main computer. I have absolutley no graphic software on this hunk of junk so couldnt even being to tackle any of yours. This rope one is pulling at me though!.
I was wondering if anyone was able to finish anything with this stock... if so, do you have the links?

It's hard to tell whos used this stuff, the best I can suggest is doing a search on DA for 'neebow' (which is how a lot of people have found my stock manipulations), and to check out all the favorites I've chosen over the time I've had the account - [link]

I decided to be brave and use this. Actually, use this for my first manip ever, and on Photoshop 1.0. It is here . Thank you so much for the stock. It is really fantastic.

I was playing around with this image but to tell the truth I stopped with the extraction and never made any, well few, color adjustments to it.

I am not happy with it at all but if you would like a copy just let me know and I will be gladf to email it to ya.

Please have a great day,

Barry

Hi Barry :)

No rush. If and when you come up with something you take pride in, let me know. It's a -really- difficult piece to work with and I imagine anyone who tackles it will go through a bit of trial and error before coming up with something they like. Take a break from it and maybe come back to it after you've had a chance to decompress.

Well I wet ahead and submitted what I had to the scraps section of my sad little stock account. I placed it there because I wanted you to at least see what I had done and since no one ever looks at my stock much less my scraps of tht account it was the best place to put it.

I have a reputation to uphold when it comes to retouching a photo LOL! Better to leave that deeply buried and hidden :)

As it stands right now it looks so fake. On top of that you skin tones are far to red in the extraction and that would take some time to clean up. I often spend hours or even days on a good retouch job but this was perhaps and hour of work.

You can view it at this [link] if you care to do so.

I have posted another project that was unfinished at the time in my primary account scraps at the fallowing [link] as well. Though it was unfinished at the time I had at least given it a good try before posting it. Perhaps I will go back and play with your image again later. We will see but either way thank you for submitting it and giving me a way to kill some time.

Please have a wonderful day,

Barry

Oh man I can't wait. It'll take work to kill the background and salvage my ugly shaved mug but I think with a bit of effort and some talent I certainly don't have it could be a phenomenal piece. Good to hear someone's taking a stab at it!
